Sales Support Executive

Position Description
We are seeking a qualified Sales Support Executive to join our hospitality team. This individual will provide support to our national sales executive, manage high profile corporate accounts and respond to client queries. Our ideal candidate is highly experienced with sales processes and metrics, managing projects and has a knowledge of the hospitality industry.  A steadfast “get the job done” attitude and passion for customer service is a requirement. Individuals who apply for this position must be driven to succeed and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide assistance for customers and sales executives on project status and relevant data
  • Provide data and indicators to help the sales team develop and quality check project execution
  • Manage sales tracking resources and give an account of important project data points
  • Attend and contribute on active production management calls when needed
  • Identify, record and share sales trends
  • Alert account executives and management of inconsistencies in production and delivery
  • Collaborate with VP of sales and executive team to assist in developing specific sales strategies
  • Stay abreast on the latest products and current product feature set improvements and ensure sales team is informed
  • Assist in on-boarding new products and services into the sales process
  • Review orders and customer’s requests to ensure an excellent service and delivery experience
  • Identify and recommend sales process improvements
  • Manage all aspects of high profile house accounts
  • Perform other duties as requested

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience as a sales support executive or equivalent
  • Daily experience with common CRM, Quotation and ERP systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Solid understanding of sales fundamentals and customer service
  • Analytical and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
